BCCI serves showcause Notice To Sanjay Dixit For Commenting On Sachin

After coming in public eye with the recent spat against Shane Warne, the BCCI on Tuesday served a showcause notice to RCA secretary Sanjay Dixit for making unwarranted remarks about Sachin Tendulkar on the social networking site Twitter.

The comments have not gone down well with the BCCI President Shashank Manohar, who terms this as an 'unprecented' act by an administrator. Dixit has been given 15 days to revert back to the showcause notice sent to him.

Earlier, the BCCI had asked Dixit and Warne to appear for a hearing over their spat regarding the pitch at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium.
