Sachin Tendulkar " A gifted specialist "

Many of India's top performers including Tendulkar, have crumbled under the pressures of captaincy. To the point where they lost some of the aggression and confidence as players that got them the captain's job in the first place. With Dhoni, on the other hand, the additional responsibility has made him come into his own as a player.
