Sachin Tendulkar feeling humiliated after India's debacle Down Under

Team India is facing severe humiliation and criticism Down Under after the 3-0 thrashing by Australia and word is that Sachin Tendulkar has been left feeling “humiliated” by the turn of events.

“Sachin’s never felt more humiliated... In Perth, he even avoided making eye contact with the crowd after India were bowled out for as little as 161 on the first afternoon... He felt there was no face left to show..,” Somebody known to The Master told Telegraph India.

Sachin Tendulkar of India watches play from the outfield during day one of the First Test match between Australia and India at Melbourne Cricket Ground on December 26, 2011 in Melbour“Sachin’s taken this rather badly and wants to help the team recover by making a big one... He won’t admit it, but he’s feeling the pressure of being stuck on 99 International hundreds.”

Sachin has, of course, scored the maximum by an Indian batsman in the series — 249, at an average of 41.50. But that’s well below his career average of 55-plus.
