Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on Friday shared his experiences of life with the students of Velammal Group of Schools, who gave a gala welcome to the retired Indian batsman during a felicitation programme.
 
“There will be tough times in life but you should never give up. In tough times tough people last,” said Tendulkar, who along with his wife Anjali were welcomed by Velammal Educational Trust Chairman MV Muthuramalingam during the felicitation programme.
 
Tendulkar said: “Whether it is a memorable day for you or not, it definitely will be a memorable day in my life.” (PTI)
